There are certain cities in the USA...*cough*Dallas*cough* that SUCK when it comes to concerts. These frickin' people don't know how to shut the frick up and enjoy the damn concert.
They get up to pee 4 trillion times, go get more drinks, food, have the most INANE conversations with their friends, etc. You really can't do a new or rare song in one or two cities and then say "They hated it. Let's drop it." One city will suck, but the next few may go CRAZY for the song.
