srsly. "i pay a lot of money for my hair to not be yellow!" well you're paying the wrong colorist, honey! something tells me she needs to go visit hair by robert down in miami. blanche's hair never looks yellow.
i think it's both. "jarred" has a more negative connotation to me, since to "jar" something is to upset it.
