I should get a dog. A dog would protect and serve me. A dog would tell me about an earthquake. A dog would carry my supplies on it's back, and faithfully stick by me in my tent homelessness. My cats would hide in my closet, scratch my face off if I tried to get them out, then scatter in the wind during my tent homelessness. They would bring me dead mice, while my dog would hunt in choice dumpsters for whole discarded but still delicious hamburgers.
