I think I must be one of the very, very few die-hard Mac fans who never gets sick of 'Rumours.'
Everytime I hear one of the songs, I can understand exactly why it struck such a chord with people. The brilliant production (the massive contributions of Ken Caillat and Richard Dashut are far too often forgotten when we're praising Lindsey for creating the "Fleetwood Mac Sound"), the lyrics, the vocal performances, the harmonies, the instrumentation... it's a very tight, cohesive album and exudes a certain energy that the band never really again captured.
