I think to her it is all the same. She knows no Muslim (Arab or not) will ever accept Isreal and therefore, they (perhaps in general) support all support terrorists (or at least do not do enough to stop them), which she does not confine to merely the ones perpetrating the bad acts in Isreal or here (which they do here as a result of Israel) -- I think that is where she is coming from. Maybe she can say it better.
