i'm wondering where the PB and honey thing comes from, since it is SO everyday normal to me, but not to many here. canadian maybe? any fellow canadians want to weigh in?
i will add... it must be creamed-style honey (not the liquid kind) - and if you REALLy want to indulge, butter the bread, too. oh - and that reminds me. another good PB combo is peanut butter and butter!
