I didn't even know they were giving tickets away, but I set my alarm for early (9:00) to pretend I was going to do something before I had to get ready for work. My alarm has a radio, and right as I was about to hit snooze, they're all "chance to win liddy B tix, coming up next!!!". Also, I usually never get through because my phone redial sucks, but I got through twice this time. Also I tried to guess three songs for Petty before and couldn't figure them out, this time I got it.
You should try for tix if you can.
Usually they aren't front row, though, except sometimes - the radio station usually has front row contests close before the show.
