Infact, I don't acknowlege it as an album. I just don't acknowlege it. It should be locked away in a cellar under a pool of sick and should NEVER be brought out.

Actually, I was really looking forward to hearing Time. I couldn't wait to get it home and play it all the way through but when I did, I just didn't like it AT ALL!!

I got "Time" fairly recently but it bores me so much, I've never really payed much attention to it.
Okay... I think you made your point. ...or better yet, what IS your point?
Needless to say, I TOTALLY DISAGREE with your thoughts.... but that IS the beauty of these boards, isn't it?
Personally, "TIME" is one of my very faves. I had written off the Dave Mason songs at first but have really come to like them, if not for Bekka's input on them.
Billy's contributions are way too few and far between! I love his work on Time and BTM and found him to be a great fit in the band.

Suffice it to say, I love me some Bekka!
I understand where people are coming from but (personal grudge here) I hate when she is referred to as "Stevie's replacement". I know... I know... but still.
Bekka is an amazing talent on her own and if for no other reason I'm glad Time didn't get further than it did is because I would hate for her to be destined to a life of singing "Gold Dust Woman" and "Dreams"!

Just the same.... I know the Time-love is rare but I give credit to those on the boards that at least give it a listen and recognize it for what it is.
Face it, Bekka and Billy KNEW they would be forever seen as "replacements" for Buckingham and Nicks. But they brought their own unique gifts to the band and to Rumours-line-up-fans, they were pretty much in a no-win situation.
I can't imagine ANY other Mac album or line-up catches as much grief as the Time line-up.
