I agree. Time has some wonderful moments: Billy's "I Got it in for You" and "Talkin' to My Heart" are both genuinely lively songs Bekka's "Nothing Without You" and her reading of "Winds of Change" are excellent; and Christine's "Hollywood" and "Nights in Estoril" are both reat tunes.
The only real duds, I think, are Mason's contributions, which throw the album out of focus.
