hey peeps...I'm OK!
I know it's been a week but I re-injured that sciatic nerve and this is the first I've been able to sit on my boney ass to get on the puter...gawd you wouldn't believe the pain! May you never hurt your sciatic nerve!!!
David....I have a home in yucaipa at the base of san jacinto mountains...but I live full-time in Laguna. I haven't been too worried about the cabin as the fire is far enough away but it has been scary and the lives of those firemen lost (4) has devestated the surrounding communities. I am well enough to head out there tomorrow morning but have been told by neighbors that everything is A-OK.
I re-injured that damn nerve through a combination of lifting Beau in and out of the truck (he is too small to do it on his own - or too spoiled!) or while I was helping my sister move her treadmill out onto her driveway for a yard sale. Either way...it has been a bitch. I will be on-line here and there as I work through the pain with these killer drugs.
