Yeah, kind of bizarre even for us. First snow is usually late Oct early Nov & it doesn't stick. First heavy snow's usually close to Thanksgiving.
There is currently 1 or 2 inches of snow accumulated on the ground. They were calling for a dusting tonight in higher elevations only. Jerkasses. Nobody was ready for this - I wore my jean jacket in to work this morning.
No snow brush in the car yet, and I'm sure the plows are still stored away. It's NOT going to be a good drive home. I wish I had my camera so you guys could see this. Seriously.
As far as predicting the rest of the winter - everyone has a theory (oh, last winter was mild so this one will suck; oh it rained a lot last month so it'sll be a nice winter.) It's all bull****. We neve know what's coming ahead of time.
