I agree with you on that, purchasing them myself that is what I do most of the time but if was someone you have been friends with or trusted or did this with in the past...well, you never think they would forget to do what they are promising or go back on something. Again, I wish Pattie all the best in getting replacements. Unfortunately lost $$ is hard to recover as it sounds like what is happening to her.
