More importantly and to a more general issue - what issues are exclusively black issues. I submit there are none. Then again, i do not buy into the whole black issues things at all. I think all issues effect all people - granted some (like HIV) more so to some groups than others.
In fact, I think to lump all black people into this mass of one person so to speak -- is mostly a racist political tool.
