If you haven't received your NYC tickets yet you need to call TM. They could not explain to me what the delay was but they did reverse the UPS charge for me and I changed the order to pick them up at the Will Call window. I am a bit nervous that I will have a problem that night but I can't take a chance that UPS will still deliver my tickets before my trip to Atlanta.
