I hit the hay early (mostly by 8:30) and get up sometimes as early as 2 but mostly 3 and always by 4. I dont even sleep in on the weekends, because I have a 6yr old alarm clock
I like the quiet mornings so I can have my "me" time.
I grew up in the Bay Area and I miss the fog...but I get it here sometimes and then Im happy because my favorite sight is trees thru the fog.
