So far so good - I dropped my entire PC music library in - THANKS a ton for the help getting my cds converted to MP3 - they went in no problem! I signed up for a music service other than iTunes - so now the music I buy online will be compatible w/ my mp3 player.
I played with it all last night, then had a dream about it (along with a dream about Samantha and Richard from SATC)
It's my new favorite toy!!
Sorry about your iPod though, Carrie....that bites...I'm pretty sure I would have smashed it against a wall
