LINDSEY BUCKINGHAM Fleetwood Mac’s guitarist and studio wizard sounds as if he’s working through a midlife crisis on the album “Under the Skin.” If not for Mr. Buckingham’s multimillion-selling past, “Under the Skin” could easily become a freak-folk cult item. Reprise. Oct. 3. (Jon Pareles)
