Some higher ups in the Clinton adminstration must've knew an attack was coming on the morning of April 19,1995, Why else were memo's passed to 'certain' govt. worker/officials (The ATF office in the Murrah Building & a local Federal Court judge whose office was in the Federal Courthouse which is directly behind the Murrah Building.
