No time now, so I skimmed (teehee.) I promise I will read all of it when I actually have time to read & study it, and do a bit of research myself. I will say this - there is no study that definitively absolutely positively links milk to increased rates of cancer or diabetes. Is it possible? Of course. Is it definite? No. And is it the only cause? Probably not - in conjunction with other factors, possibly. Plenty of other things linked to the increase in allergies too.
Who the hell recommends 5-6 servings of dairy a day?

That's ridiculous. I believe the food guide recommends 2 or 3.
Yogurt is GOOD for maintaining normal vaginal flora. FYI.
There are several studies showing that
soy increases your risk for breast cancer. Am I going to tell someone they're an idiot because they think soy is healthy? Nope. Because it's a theory, not a proven fact.

I'm not going to stop eating soy, but I'm not going to start eating soy everything either. Just like I don't ingest more than 2 or 3 servings of dairy per day. Everything in moderation.
