Interestingly, W is correct when he says that there will be setbacks, though saying stuff happens in probably not the best way to say it, no surprise there.

There wont be any such quotes in the past 3 years and you know it because its generally agreed upon that we are now in a quagmire.
I think Mc Cain is most likely looking at the Iraq picture as a whole, not separating the initial invasion from the rebuilding.
