Save me a place
I've always wondered, do you think Save Me a Place was about Lindsey leaving FM to pursue a solo career? I mean, think about some of the lyrics . . .
Don't know why I have to work
Don't know why I can't play
Turn me off, turn me out
But don't turn me away
Save me a place . . .
Don't know why I have to go
Don't know why I can't stay
Guess I need to be alone
And I guess I need to be amazed
Save me a place
I dunno. Just a crazy thought.
God, this whole album is poetic.
