That would be Teddy Geiger or Gieger or I dunno - 17 year old from Rochester, NY (Fairport actually) - and little teen heart throb. I heard all about him while living in Rochester...THEN was forced to listen to his cd after my sister and brother and law bought it two weekends ago.
