The only thing I see happening in Iraq by year end is a civil war. The Sunni/Shiite hatred is ages old, and not a lot of western influence will change that. Add that to the nuclear standoff with Iran (which is not going to be settled peacefully as long as Dubya is on the scene) and ding ding ding! You've got yourself $100/barrel oil prices.
I wonder if anyone will notice anything when Exxon posts quarterly profits of $10,000,000,000. Oh wait...they already did, and no one said a word. I'm glad I can help that lovely company shoot straight into the stratosphere with my $300 monthly gas bill.
