I don't agree either, but Americans would hate that. They would even hate two. I say three at the outset. My friend has three, and that's a plenty big enough family.
My friend's cousin is like, 22 or something and has five. I hate her, abstractly, just for that. I also hate mormons, naturally. (I don't really hate all individual mormons, people.)
But still even if three was the limit here, that would cut the growth rate significantly, especially when you consider how many kids immigrant families often have. Like...7? and some already american families, too. |

Of course people would hate breeding laws. It's about the only power some people have, to squirt out kids with abandon. Don't get me started on that one.
