I read through the entire thread before responding to this, so I did see your post explaining that the above statement was meant in jest - and I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and believe that you aren't just saying that to cover your ass - but I'd like to ask that, in the future, you refrain from doing this again.
You say that JohnnyStew "knows you" and therefore should know that you didn't mean any harm (although he was still obviously unsure) but
I don't know you and you gave no indication in that post that you meant it as a joke. Now, I like to think that I have a good sense of humor and a pretty thick skin, but it is very very easy for things to be misinterpreted on a messageboard and my initial reaction was not this:
