Oooh cell phone companies are the worst - I completely feel your pain. I went rounds and rounds with Verizon -and it was awful - they kept transfering me - but I'm pretty sure they were just hanging up on me
I kept getting disconnected - and well literally 1 hour later I was in tears due to frustration and anger...I HATE dealing with customer service issues.
