Yep he did it, just like he promised, no hemming no hawing and none of them pesky "signing" clause thingies just the FIRST veto in 6 years (a record folks) and naturally its about something that may have scientific value.
See, I have this theory. Monkey Boy FLUNKED science and he is trying to dumb down all the rest of us by debunking/ignoring/barring anything even remotely scientific. (Global Warming anyone?) I think his brain cells shriveled up from shame and hes running on pure brain stem.
