However, it's apparent that he wasn't rip roaring drunk. His first breathalyzer wasn't over the limit, so what did he have, 3 drinks? Maybe 4?  Just saying. He may have really thought that he had waited long anough before driving. |
I'm with you. My first thought was really that it seems like they're punishing him because of who he is- if most offenders are given a DWI instead of DUI, that's a little crappy.
