Why would the Queen of England be under any obligation to restore the HRH to Diana, a commoner. Diana certainly did nothing to achieve that nor did she indicate in any way that she missed it or wanted it back. I mean she divorced the Royal family, which is why she was no longer Royal. Why would Diana want to be something she left - indeed, restoring such could almost be considered an insult
