I agree that Katrina shows just how inept this administration is for dealing with disaster. BUT: make no mistake, Americans can mobilize with lightning speed when the need arises. Witness, WWII. We DO have the ability and the willingness to move quickly and sacrifice mightily when called upon. Our problem is our Leadership. change the order-giver and you change the result.
