Minneapolis/St Paul isnt too bad. You can get what I'll call a decent place with a 1 bedroom for about $600. We're not talkin the Ritz, but it's clean and well kept up. On a side note, I've been to Europe 2 times, and I'm sure glad I went when I did, 2000 and 2002. I remember shortly after I got back in 2002 the ole Dollar went into the crapper.
