I tried some stuff from Rembrandt (I think) and well, it tastes awful and there wasn't a huge difference. It's a gel, and you put it into these mouth guard things....
I didn't try whitestrips because they were way more expensive than what I tried - though what I tried didn't work so
Do you have sensetive teeth? A friend of mine who tried the Whitestrips said she'd never been in more pain
