I'll go to a city like Atlanta or Austin in: November, December, January, February, March.
March would be fun because it's the general beginning of tornado season. Supercell thunderstorm activity adds electricity to an event, an excitement hard to pinpoint, a crackle to the air, pregnant with possibilities.
