Michigan (I was within not just miles or yards, but FEET and didn't cross the border)

Umm...ok, just looked at a Canadian map...when was Nunavut split from the Northwest Territories??
Never mind, just found out...April 1, 1999. Obviously, the news of that never made it to the US news agencies.
