Ok this is one for the ages.
Apparently somewhere in Arkansas at a Wal-Mart some loser broke into a car in the parking lot and stole the usual cash, credit cards, ETC. One problem though, when the dumbass went to pay for the stuff she got in the Wal-Mart, she gets inline and the astonished cashier look at the credit card to fnd out that it's
