Why does it have to be Mick or John or Stevie at all? It wasn't a member of the band that got the reissues out. It wasn't the band members who said, "Hey, let's release a concert for HBO & home video." It wasn't the band members who put together the 5.1 package for Rumours. It wasn't Stevie who initiated & implemented the idea of releasing her short-form videos from '81 to '86 on home video. These projects get activated & carried out by other people--probably record execs (the 5.1 thing of Rumours was the pet project of one of the band's old engineers). And those are the guys who might have no interest in repackaging Fleetwood's old stuff. All the band probably does is just initial a contract somewhere, if that.
