Yes, those are pretty damning.
Especially where she says "he couldn't have killed himself", like this is what fans will say later, as though she's trying to cover her tracks in advance. Like, before his body has been found, she knows he is dead. However, it could be argued that he'd been suicidal and depressed for a long time so her thinking he might kill himself was "normal".
Even worse though is the fact that she paid some people to plant the story of her being in the hospital and trying to manipulate the media into believing it was a suicide attempt. That's really disgusting and not indicitive of a woman worried about her missing husband.
What happened to Detective Terry? It says on the site he was murdered but no more detail than that. There is a lot of context missing from this site. There should be copies of the letters referenced if they want people to really follow the story. Obviously their bias is that Courtney did it and they are fitting the facts around that theory. I don't see any real evidence though.
