I think what the Legislature is trying to do is offer these folks a choice, to stay and become citizens or go back home after 6 years (I think thats the time frame) These workers definitely DO perform a vital service and they should be treated with respect.

Ont thing about Mexicans is from what I've seen they work really hard and dont expect an automatic handout.
