Those Migas at IHOP are shameful...however, real, authentic migas are dee-lish! Magnolia Cafe makes my fave - with garlic butter. Drooool....

LOVE MIGAS: Eggs scrambled in spicy LOVE butter (fresh garlic- serrano) with tomato, onion, bell pepper, tortilla chips and jack cheese. Served with black beans.

I love eggs. I hard-boiled one last night and left it in the fridge so I can use it when I go home for lunch in a minute and make tuna salad...

I like 'em sunny side up, with toast. I like 'em over easy and well done in sammiches. I make omelettes and breakfast tacos a lot at home. Must have them with Cholula sauce, no ketchup, ever. I like to indulge in Eggs Benedict when I'm on vacation, too much of a pain to make myself...
