But if they are fine...eggs are good. I usually keep hard boiled in the fridge because it's a great protein boost and great if you're hungry at night, but don't want to pig. There is a Food Network host whom I adore. Her name is Ina Garten, and she has a show "Barefoot Contessa", which is the name of her famous East Hampton store. I worship her show and her books. She does a dish from France - Herb Eggs - that looks like it will knock the very socks off your feet. SOOOOO delish-looking. I must make them soon. In fact, here they are! (I have to buy a gratin bowl.)
