I can only eat eggs scrambled. No milk, cream or anything else in them. I scramble them in a wok with a little groundnut oil only. Constantly turning the egg mix.
If I have egg fried rice, a favorite dish of mine, especially with chicken. I prefer large chunks of egg so I scramble them before adding the boiled rice in. The "proper" way to do it is to pour the scrambled egg over the frying rice but I don't like this method personally. |
