Actually, I think DISNEYLAND has the best "mass transit" system. Can you just imagine if SoCal instituted a MONORAIL system back in the 50's instead of FREEWAYS? That would've been GREAT!
I mean if a damned THEME PARK can build a transpo system like that in 1958, and if California had started building the system in 1960, we'd have the best damned public tranportation system in the world. Monorail from LA to Vegas?!? WOW!!! Gas prices would still probably be under a $1 a gallon; supply & demand, people.
