I just like that line.) When I left Phoenix Arizona to go and live in Australia for a few years Phoenix was all I could talk about, and people even started calling me that by name. Of course now that I am back here, All I can do is Talk about Australia!! Also, I have allways been inspired buy the Mythical bird that rises from the ashes and sings its beautiful song that gave my city it's namesake.. I find it a comforting and motivating symbol it helps remind me to "rise" in times of adversity.. I also LOVE that Stevie loves Phoenix as well, and calls it her place of inspiration and healing. That is also how I see the desert. It is hot,yes, but the sunsets are beautiful.........
