I love Frances McDormand, but sheesh. And Kate Beckinsale is simply
heinous. Did you also see "Shaft" just because he was in it? I did.
You know what looked like a real turkey but was actually pretty damned good for a low-budget flick? "Equilibrium." The scenes between Bale and Emily Watson make it worth renting if you ask me.
