Glad to know this was just a nasty rumor! Someone on my Friends list on MySpace had a bulletin with the title "Stevie Nicks had a stoke". I just read it 5 minutes ago, and my heart almost stopped! There was no additional information, so I immediately headed over here to see if it was true. I'm relieved to know that it isn't.
It never ceases to amaze me, however, how cruel and vindictive some people can be, whoever started this rumor.
