That's exactly what I was thinking. This could easily remain private if it happened, there is no reason for anyone else to know about it except her doctor. It seems like the only leak could be someone at her doctors', or if Jess told one of her friends. But usually doctors who treat famous people keep things secret, and I'm sure Jess is supposed to as well. So, who else would know
