Well, I know that I saw Stevie's prompter at every show in 2004 and 2005 of hers and FM's I saw. So I think it's part of her "stuff." It looks like one of the speakers on the stage at her feet. Unless you see it from the front, you would just take it to be another speaker. But I was leaning on it at one show (me and another girl) and we accidentally moved it and turned it towards us a bit. (We turned it back for her!
) Other times, I've just been able to see it because of my angle to the stage. Honestly, I think she has it as a standby - I hardly ever saw her look at it. She did a couple of times - but she does it very subtly.
