The apathy is deafening isn't it? And that was in 2003? Bad sign. You know, it really shocks me [although it shouldn't
] that a lot of the protest and dissention against this war has died down to such a quiet indifference lately. Either people are too self-absorbed to care (I HOPE that's not the case), or it's the frustrated hands tied behind the back syndrome, i.e., Bush has made too huge of a mess to sort this out any longer, and it's gone on too long
