And by the way? If someone doesn't answer your Requests for Admissions, unlike other Discovery requests, in this case you file a motion to deem admitted. In all other discovery, you would file a motion to compel!

I don't really like getting in the middle of the drama. But for what it's worth: Amber, when I read that response to you not knowing the song "Cool Water," I didn't see it as a jab or being insulting. To me it seemed like an over-the-top joking response...like something you would say to a friend. It didn't seem mean-spirited. And for the record, Cool Water is indeed one of the most obscure songs...it's completely reasonable that it would fall through the cracks for even the most passionate of fans.
