Then it was off to a cocktail party in my honour at the home of a co worker.
Anyone here who knows me knows I was dreading this birthday, as my SO and I would be apart. But I had lots of people here (and on The Ledge and other places on the net) rally around me and make me feel special.
(It was fortuitous that I did all that hair stuff, as I was called today to get my picture taken to run alongside my Book Reviews, which have been picked up by a local GLOSSY magazine)
